When I install PeakScanner on my lab computer I only can use it once. After closing the program it never starts again. I have to delete the program and re-install it again every time I need to use it. The same problem on the other lab computer. But it works on colleague's computer of the same model. There isn't much to do when the program is released in only one version except reinstalling. Completely remove the application then install it again and try adding the Sample files. If you receive additional errors, then it's possible your sample files are corrupted and new ones need to be obtained.
Is the Peak Scanner program able to give the modulation score of each peak? The modulation score is the statistical confidence of each peak. This data is used to be given by the genotyper program.

I have checked both the website and the available documents, but nothing was available or mentioned about modulation score. The PDF guide is pretty comprehensive and it contains everything about the software, but nothing mentioned about the modulation score. You will have to get in touch with the developer in order to obtain additional information about the software.
